Joyce Mizer, founder and director of the
Suzuki Institute School of Music, Inc. She introduced the Suzuki
Method on a large scale to the Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte
County areas. She began with 1 student in 1989
and now has 10 teachers and over 250 students.
